This Privacy Policy explains how DELI BRINGY LTD ("BRINGY", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data of workers who use the BRINGY Worker Application and related services ("Workers").

This Policy applies to delivery drivers and warehouse pickers using the BRINGY Worker Application.

By using the Worker Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Controller

BRINGY (Deli Bringy Ltd), incorporated in Israel (Company No. 516523388), is the Data Controller of the information described in this Policy.

Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and related regulations.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect technical and personal information through the Worker Application.

Technical Data

This may include:

• device type and app version
• IP address and device identifiers
• app activity, session logs, and diagnostics
• GPS and location information while using the app

Personal Data

This may include:

• full name, phone number, and email address
• profile photo and worker account information
• ID verification information where required
• vehicle and license information for drivers
• payment or banking information
• schedules, routes, delivery activity, and fulfillment records

We may also create anonymized or aggregated operational statistics and analytics.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use Personal Data to:

• manage worker accounts
• coordinate deliveries and warehouse operations
• assign routes and tasks
• process payments and reimbursements
• monitor performance and platform security
• prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity
• improve the Worker Application and logistics systems

Real-time location data may be used for delivery coordination, operational management, safety, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

BRINGY does not sell Personal Data.

• warehouse and logistics partners

• identity-verification providers
• cloud hosting, analytics, IT, and security vendors

5. Communications & Tracking Technologies

The Worker Application uses GPS, device identifiers, and related technologies to support routing, operations, security, and app performance.

BRINGY may send operational communications through push notifications, SMS, email, phone calls, or messaging tools regarding deliveries, account status, safety, and support.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data.

Personal Data is retained as necessary for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Certain records may be retained longer where required by law.

You may request account deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you may request to:

• correct inaccurate information
• request deletion of certain data
• receive information about how your data is processed

Continued use of the Worker Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
